One of Arizona's best vineyards has broken into the whiskey game with a 2-year old straight bourbon. I got to sit down with Flying Leap's very own Mark Beres to discuss his love of the brown liquid, why a winery decided to dive into spirits, and the challenges in starting a distillery.
